| Participation and Engagement | 1. Produce a video demonstrating your technical expertise with Hikvision products. This may include unboxing, installation, review, or scenario-based demonstration. 2. Publish the video on your selected platform, tagging the corresponding Hikvision HQ account, and add the campaign hashtag: #hiktechstar , and #”advertisement” by using the locally official language of that region . 3. Share your video to increase its visibility and engagement by attracting more views, likes, and comments. Hikvision may repost your video to enhance its exposure. |
| Award Selection | 1. The video will be primarily judged based on interaction metrics such as likes and comments, with additional consideration given to content quality (richness, creativity, and alignment with Hikvision's product highlights). 2. The creators of the videos with the best performance (interactions and content quality) will receive exciting awards. 3. Hikvision will invite the winners as the HikTech Star ambassadors to visit Hikvision headquarters and cover their travel and accommodation expenses, subject to the company policy. 4. At the end of the event, Hikvision will contact HikTech Star ambassadors and provide award claim instructions. |
| User Generated Content | 1. There are no restrictions on the content or style of the video, but please follow any applicable rules of the social media platform that you choose, laws and regulations, avoid to infringe Hikvision’s or any other third parties’ rights, and in a manner that is not misleading, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive, including without limitation. 2. Your videos shall not contain any content that violates the privacy or image rights of any subjects, including recognizable facial images captured without the authorization of the data subjects. 3. Your videos shall not contain or transmit any harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory information, shall not promote unlawful violence, or otherwise be illegal or cause damage or injury to any person or property. 4. Your videos shall not in any way infringe intellectual property rights, reputation or integrity pertaining to Hikvision. |
| Company's Right | 1. All information submitted in connection with this event will only be used for confirmation of winners and delivery of award, and will be treated in accordance with applicable laws, regulations of the eligible territory and the Privacy Policy. You retain the copyright of the videos published in this campaign, and by participating in the campaign, you agree to authorize Hikvision the perpetual rights, free of charge, to utilize, repost, and create derivative materials from your videos, for the purpose of promotion and marketing globally. In case of any objections, please contact us and both parties shall engage in an amicable negotiation. 3. Hikvision reserves the right to take legal action against any infringements to the company. 4. Hikvision reserves the right to revise the rules of this event without further notice, the interpretation of the rules above is reserved by Hikvision. 5. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate HikTech Star ambassadors’ right to claim the prize incase a fraudulent/illegal activity is suspect, or the HikTech Star ambassador does not follow the campaign terms and conditions. 6. The Company is not responsible for any damages, injuries, disappointments or any emotional damages arise from the Company’s social media activity or during prize claiming. 7. The Company is not responsible for any loss or stolen of the participant’s information due to technical problems or a third party’s activity. |
| Governing Law | These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. |
